So I just stumbled upon this grant opportunity in FastWeb. This book looks really interesting, I will definitely have to go pick it up at Kramer's (my fav DC bookstore!)

Until then though, I will cut to the chase . . . I have an idea. I call it Project X and I believe in it so much I'd practically bet my life on it. I've had this idea for a long time. It is something really different with the potential to have a profound impact and it's never been done before--to me, this qualifies it as an adventure!

However, it does not involve bicycles or traveling around the world. It involves bringing opportunities to learn about the world and how to impact it to every day Americans. Could anyone provide me with some feedback as to whether or not this fits/ I would have as good of a chance as someone else in getting considered?

Thanks!

While I don't know the exact criteria they use to choose the winner I think that if you can provide solid answers to most of the questions proposed on the application (http://www.delayingtherealworld.com/fellowship09/appform.php) it's worth submitting. If you believe in your idea I'd say go for it, aside from the time your taking to fill out the application you haven't got anything to lose. Good Luck!
